Acceptance

By requesting a briefing, review, workshop, or companion engagement, you confirm that you have authority to bind the organisation named in the inquiry and that you accept these terms.

Services

We provide advisory, facilitation, and written interpretive materials related to executive dashboard analytics. Unless a separate statement of work says otherwise, we do not supply software licences, advertising spend management, or engineering implementation.

Intellectual property

Pre-existing frameworks, worksheets, and facilitation methods remain the property of Vector Linkhub Co., Ltd.. Deliverables created for your engagement may be used internally by your organisation. Public redistribution of our templates requires written permission.

Client materials

You retain ownership of metrics exports and internal documents you share. You grant us a limited licence to use those materials solely to deliver the engagement.

Confidentiality

Both parties will keep non-public business information confidential and use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

Liability

Our work supports managerial judgment; it is not a financial, legal, or audit opinion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding three months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
