Refunds & rescheduling
Eligibility and process for deposits and fees tied to Vector Linkhub briefings, reviews, and workshops.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid directly to Vector Linkhub Co., Ltd. for scheduled services that have not been fully delivered. This policy covers briefings, dashboard health reviews, KPI framing workshops, and monthly companion retainers.
Timeframe
Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to hello@vector-linkhub.digital. Full refund of prepaid fees is available when cancellation arrives at least ten business days before the scheduled session start. Between nine and three business days, a 50% refund applies. Inside three business days, prepaid fees are non-refundable except where Vector Linkhub cancels.
Deposits
Workshop room deposits and multi-day on-site blocks may include a non-refundable portion disclosed on the estimate. That portion covers third-party room holds we cannot recover.
Work already started
If prep work has begun — intake complete and export review underway — we may invoice a proportional prep fee even when the live session is cancelled. Unused companion retainer months cancel at the end of the paid month; partial months are not prorated after the second week.
No-shows
If the client group does not attend a confirmed session without prior notice, the session fee is forfeited. We will offer one courtesy reschedule when notice arrives at least 24 hours ahead.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is available with five or more business days’ notice. Additional reschedules may incur a calendar fee stated on the estimate.
Purchased materials
Printed workshop packs prepared for a confirmed date are non-refundable once printed. Digital deliverables already sent remain yours; fees for those portions are non-refundable.
Refund method & processing time
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within ten business days of written approval. Bank processing times may add several days depending on your institution.
