Client stories

Evidence from leadership teams who asked us to clarify executive dashboard analytics before a hard decision.

“We had been carrying fourteen charts into every leadership hour. Vector Linkhub cut that to six and forced us to write the decision under each one. The first briefing still felt a bit brisk for our quieter directors, but the follow-up note kept everyone aligned through the week.”

Engagement: Executive Analytics Briefing

“Their health memo called out a conversion panel we had defended for two years. Once they showed how finance and growth defined the same step differently, the argument ended. We retired the panel the next sprint.”

Marcus Feldmann · Founder, regional marketplace

Engagement: Dashboard Health Review

“The workshop worksheets look simple until you try to fill them with eight people in the room. That friction was useful. We left with a charter our board actually quotes.”

Nattaya Wong · Head of Product

Engagement: KPI Framing Workshop

“I used to rebuild the leadership pack Sunday nights. The companion pack arrives mid-month with the narrative already framed, so the prep call is about judgment instead of formatting.”

Anan Prakob · Finance partner

Engagement: Monthly Metrics Companion

“They asked for our holiday calendar before touching retention curves. That one request told me they understand how Thai seasonality shows up in returns. The briefing itself stayed calm even when day-seven looked soft.”

Extended story: clearing a crowded executive screen

A Bangkok marketplace leadership group arrived with nineteen panels on the weekly screen. Finance tracked completed orders one way; growth tracked “qualified checkouts” another. Vector Linkhub ran a Dashboard Health Review, interviewed three owners, and scored each view for decision usefulness.

Seven panels were retired, four were rewritten with shared definitions, and the remaining set became the backbone of a Monthly Metrics Companion pack. The COO noted that the first briefing after the cut felt shorter — and that one director still wanted a favorite vanity chart returned. The companion retained a one-line archive note explaining why it stayed offline.

Resulting practice: metric retirement is now a standing quarterly agenda item for that team, facilitated once by Vector Linkhub and now owned internally.
