Preparing exports for a leadership session

A simple handoff checklist so your analytics advisor spends time on judgment, not chasing missing columns.

Organized folders and papers prepared for a client meeting

Good briefings start with tidy inputs. When exports arrive incomplete, the prep week shrinks into detective work and the leadership story stays thin.

Send a dated extract covering at least ninety days. Include event names as your team actually labels them, not a renamed marketing version. Note any tracker outage days in a short cover note.

Attach the definitions your board already uses, even if they are imperfect. We would rather reconcile your living language than invent a parallel glossary nobody owns.

If finance and product disagree on revenue attribution, say so early. That disagreement is often the real briefing topic; hiding it only surfaces mid-meeting.

Finally, name one internal owner who can answer clarification questions within twenty-four hours. That small commitment keeps the briefing calendar honest.
